James has lived in several different places all over the state of Arkansas including very small rural towns like Jasper, and Diamond City, but also large areas including Little Rock, Arkadelphia, Jonesboro, Benton, and Bismark. Although he has been in almost every corner of Arkansas he graduated from Trumann High School in 2014 and shortly after moved to Little Rock to obtain a college education. He lived in Little Rock for two years before returning to Jonesboro, the place where he now happily calls home. Being from this area he possesses a competitive ""home field"" advantage, but not only does he represent people in the NEA area he has the ability to help you find your dream home in any corner of the state.
One of the most important things to James Colton Mann is community involvement and outreach. This is the primary reason he decided to get his real estate license, he wants to help people find the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood and to help the communities in NEA grow. James prides himself on the personal connections that he makes with the members of the communities and his community involvement. He is a part of several enrichment programs and does extensive volunteer work.
